" Here my idea is to declare that art is the only possibility for evolution, the only possibility to change the situation in the world.” Joseph Beuys Public Dialogue is part of a performances series, Beuys' Permanent Conferences, which transform public conversation and debate into the true artwork. Beuys tackles subjects such as creativity, politics, Marxism, art and freedom, collecting photographs and blackboard drawings, in order to override the temporality of the work and encourage discussion within the public, obligatory departure of all transformation. By spreading the meaning of art, everyone can build new social systems, becoming a participant in the social sculpture.
